Mat founded aiken design and consulting in 2016 after being involved in the construction industry for more than 18 years both locally and internationally. Mat the Director has experience designing and managing construction teams and working as a project design engineer. Mat’s experience has seen him working and living as an expat in Dubai between 2013 – 2016 as a Director at one of the largest T1 global engineering firms and a manager of the Hydraulic and Fire services team. Mat’s knowledge, skills and experience offer a superior level of service to exceed client expectations. Mat’s dynamic approach to design and planning along with his communication and interpersonal skills provide a strong level of comfort to clients which is why he has long term repeat clients and customers who intrust in his ability and work ethic. With Mat’s experience he has worked on projects in Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Nigeria, South Africa, Serbia and the United Kingdom.
MAKAR MEKHAIL
Engineer - Mechanical Services
Makar joined Aiken Design and Consulting in early 2018 as a Mechanical Engineer. Makar has been working as an engineer for Tier 1 Mechanical Contractors as well as Lend Lease. Makar's experience and construction practical knowledge is more than just an engineering consultant and he is very results driven and has a great problem solving ability.

Engineer - Hydraulic & Fire
Keegan joined Aiken Design and Consulting in early 2017 as a Cadet after working on the tools as a plumbing contractor for more than 10 years. Keegan brings a dynamic fresh inside approach to the team coming straight from construction sites and is swiftly learning to adapt to the office and design side of building services engineering.

Ali has been involved in the construction industry for more than 15 years both locally and internationally. Ali the Director has experience designing and managing construction teams and working as a project design engineer. Ali's experience has seen him working and living as an expat in Dubai from2014 and is still involved with ongoing projects in the UAE and Qatar. Ali has been as a Director at one of the largest T1 global engineering firms and a manager of the Electrical services team. Ali's knowledge, skills and experience offer a superior level of service to exceed client expectations. With Ali's experience he has worked on projects in Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Nigeria, South Africa, Serbia, Germany, USA and the United Kingdom.
Royce De Vera
Engineer - Civil
Royce joined Aiken Design and Consulting in early 2017 as a Senior Engineer after working the last 5 years in another firm delivering quality projects designing stormwater systems. Royce brings a dynamic fresh inside approach to the team. Royce works on a lot of our smaller stormwater projects for Dual Occupancy sites and is also involved on our larger projects requiring 12D, Drains and Music modelling.
Olivia wilson
Accounts and P.A
Olivia has worked for Aiken Design & Consulting since 2016 and manages our accounts and clients. Olivia also contributes to our marketing needs, reports and office needs. Olivia Has previously been an executive assistant to the CEO of large Tier 1 Developers.
